Mientras los imperios occidentales perfeccionaron la dominaciĂłn abierta a travĂŠs de la violencia y la supremacĂa racial, China ha dominado el arte silencioso de la infiltraciĂłn, disfrazada bajo el lenguaje de âcooperaciĂłn de beneficio mutuoâ y âsolidaridad Sur-Surâ.
Pero una serpiente en la hierba no silba.

⪠La deuda como nueva cadena
En todo el continente, PekĂn se presenta como socio generoso. Puentes, estadios, ferrocarriles y ministerios brotan de la tierraâno para la autonomĂa africana, sino para la dependencia eterna.
Desde las minas de cobre en Zambia hasta los campos petrolĂferos en Angola, desde el tren de Kenia hasta el puerto militarizado de Yibuti, la soberanĂa africana estĂĄ siendo poco a poco hipotecada. Los activos estratĂŠgicos son la garantĂa. Cuando vence la deuda, China no perdona. Se queda con todo.
Esto no es ayuda.
Es adquisiciĂłn.
⪠Vigilancia bajo el estandarte del progreso
En las ciudades africanas, las cĂĄmaras chinas lo ven todo. Estos sistemas de vigilancia, exportados en cajas elegantes sin manual, no estĂĄn diseĂąados para proteger al pueblo, sino para vigilarlo. Los regĂmenes los compran para silenciar disidencias, anticipar revueltas y consolidar su control.
En Guinea Ecuatorial, la famosa polĂtica de âno interferenciaâ de China es justamente el tipo de interferencia que prefieren los dictadores: la que los mantiene en el poder mientras sus empresas estatales extraen sin transparencia.
⪠Ciudades fantasma y socios fantasma
Muchos de los grandes proyectos chinos en Ăfrica estĂĄn diseĂąados para fracasar. Caminos que se deshacen con la lluvia. Hospitales sin personal. Universidades sin libros. Puertos sin barcos. El objetivo no es el desarrollo, sino la dependencia. Cada fallo justifica un nuevo prĂŠstamo. Cada deuda, una nueva trampa.
No hablamos mandarĂn.
Pero nuestros contratos estĂĄn escritos en ĂŠl.
⪠El mito de la salvación multipolar
El mito es atractivo:
Que China salvarĂĄ a Ăfrica de Occidente.
Que la multipolaridad es libertad.
Pero China no viene a liberar a Ăfrica. Viene a sustituir el dominio occidental con el suyo. Un dragĂłn no es una paloma solo porque no usa botas.
Cuando asesinaron a Lumumba, fueron manos belgas y de la CIA las que apretaron el gatillo.
Hoy no se necesitan balas.
Basta con licitaciones, pactos cerrados y deudas que sobreviven a los gobiernos.
⪠El regreso de la memoria
Ăfrica no necesita nuevos imperios.
Ni con acentos distintos.
Ni con banderas nuevas.
Necesita memoria.
Debemos recordar que la libertad no se financia. La soberanĂa no se firma. Una Ăfrica liberada no se subcontrata.

Ăfrica no es un tablero para PekĂn ni para Bruselas.
Es la jugadora.
